  This was my 3rd time booking with Elite Mile.  They are professional, courteous and always helpful!  My flight was early and instead of waiting for an additional 30 minutes at the end of a long travel day, they had tracked my fight and arrived early too!

  Very impressed with Elite Mile.  The driver I had was wonderful and took excellent care of all the people in his Mercedes van.  He clearly took pride in the experience of his passengers.   Just got back from a wonderful weekend in Kelowna & hired Elite Mile for both our return airport transfers & for a winery tour. We had an excellent experience with each trip, our driver for our transfers was timely & friendly and our guide Trish for our winery tour was exceptional - made sure we were taken care of at every stop & even followed up with us the next day to wish us a happy anniversary.  Verified Great Shuttle to/from Kelowna Airport to Sparkling Hill
A friend and I flew in from Edmonton and Vancouver for a Spa Package at Sparkling Hill Resort. Neither of us drive so renting a car was not an option. We booked with Elite Mile which was superb. Great website and communication. ON TIME! Very comfortable and spotless Mercedes van. The driver was pleasant, helpful and extremely SAFE. I will definitely use this service again.

Elite was easy to book and on-time for pick-up at the airport. They were also flexible on picking me up from the resort and taking me to the airport in the midst of the Kelowna fires and evacuations. Mile, the driver was great and I hope he and his family are safe from the fires.

Our shuttle was on time and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver was welcoming, helpful and polite. Once we were on the road, while not ignoring us, he paid much more attention to his driving than many shuttle or taxi drivers.
